ᐅ Pour a concrete basement or build it with Porotherm blocks?

Hello,

Would it be better to cast a basement or to build it with Porotherm blocks?
The basement will include a bedroom and a children's room.
The basement is about 1.3 m (4 feet) underground, the rest is above ground, so it is a walk-out basement.

What does the soil report say? Temporarily accumulating seepage water? Who actually makes the recommendations... the architect? The general contractor?
A bit of background information could help to provide a more specific response.

For example, in our case: the soil report indicates clayey soil with temporarily accumulating seepage water... so there is no question -> waterproof concrete, formed and poured.

Otherwise, if there are no reasons for one option or the other, I would choose the cheaper one [emoji6]
