Hello, take a look at the layout of our family bathroom.
We are 5 people: 2 adults and 3 children.
We do not prioritize a large bathroom, but rather a bigger shower with a seating bench and, if possible, a bathtub that is not completely freestanding.
The bathroom is planned in the dormer and has a standard ceiling height.

How would you arrange the bathroom?
Any solutions?

What exactly should the utility room include?
If it contains heating, ventilation, the electrical panel, water connection, photovoltaic system, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc., it will be the warmest room in the house.
Or if it is only meant to be a storage room, it doesn’t need a door to the kitchen. Where do you usually go now when you need a new bag of coffee or some milk?
Most people have this room in the basement.

So if you value a large shower and would like a freestanding bathtub, then the bathroom upstairs is probably not "your" bathroom.

I made a typo. I meant that we do not place much value on a large bathroom.

They are completely fine for us as they are.
Therefore, I would be very grateful for ideas.

The utility room is now meant to contain all the technical equipment.
Washing machine and dryer
A sink and two shelves for storage and possibly a freezer.
