Hello dear forum,
we are currently in the process of buying a single-family house built in 1956. Unfortunately, back then, many less healthy materials were often used in construction. What should one look out for, and what can be left as is? Asbestos is clear (though I rather doubt it in this case) and I’ve heard about parquet adhesive. Who inspects these things?
Thanks in advance 🙂!

Yes, that is the gross price.
Hmm, the house has 9/10 rooms plus kitchen plus bathroom plus attic and basement. However, she did not ask for that. The offer applies to 5-7 samples, which will cover asbestos/dust, asbestos/solid materials, asbestos/plaster, PCBs, PAHs, and mineral wool. Our friends bought a house built in 1962 with 5 rooms and paid just under 900 euros for a prior inspection with several samples. The billing was based on the number of rooms. Your quote seems quite high to me. I would therefore get 1-2 more quotes.
