ᐅ Entrance platform for the house too wide?

Good evening everyone,

We would like to install a 3m (10 feet) wide platform in front of our new brick-faced house.
Would it be a problem if a ventilation slot from the entrance platform at the front door is partly covered?

I took a photo to illustrate. Maybe someone can help me out.
