We are currently looking for pleated blinds for our newly built house.
Through recommendations, we quickly came across Cosiflor. These were also installed by an interior fitter at our neighbors’ homes.
Now, I came across the following note:
“Make sure that the window rebate has a minimum depth of 21mm (0.8 inches).”
Due to the triple glazing, our rebate depth is only about 18mm (0.7 inches).
At our neighbors’ place, where these pleated blinds were installed despite this, the result does not look very convincing. It seems to me that the blinds are installed rather loosely.
Has anyone here had any experience with this and could offer a tip or recommendation for pleated blinds? 🙂

I had pleated blinds from JAB installed. So far, I have no complaints. Some of the windows are also floor-to-ceiling.

This is how it looks in daylight. If you’re interested, I can also take some pictures from the inside where the window fastenings are clearly visible. That would be great. Thanks for your feedback on this!
