ᐅ Plastering the base / rendering the foundation wall

Hello everyone,
I have the following question: The waterproofing membrane comes up from the basement, and I don’t want to apply plaster directly onto the membrane because it wouldn’t last long. I am looking for a way to create a frost-resistant transition between the waterproofing membrane and the plaster.

One more small addition: I was thinking of an aluminum profile that can be screwed to the wall, allowing the plaster to be applied from above.
