ᐅ Plastering a basement with filler compound?

Good morning, I have a question. I want to replaster my basement. Can I use filler putty or something similar for that? I’m not able to use cement plaster. The basement is dry.

If it’s too large, just compress it. That’s what I do as well.

In my image editing software, there is an option called Convert where you can set a compression rate.

Check if you can find something like that there; otherwise, try searching online for such a program.
