Hello everyone,

We are planning to build a single-family house soon. Our building plot measures 15.4 x 45 meters (51 x 148 feet) in area.

We want the house to be a townhouse-style villa with dimensions of 9 x 11 meters (30 x 36 feet).

The idea is to use the full width of the plot (15.4 meters / 51 feet) by building a single garage on both the left and right sides of the house, right up to the property boundaries. Ideally, each garage would then be about 3 meters (10 feet) wide.

Are these dimensions too narrow for comfortable entry and exit from a car? And for unloading groceries?

Thanks for your reply.

Simply install posts spaced 3 meters (10 feet) apart, tension ropes, and try to get out.

But with a length of 45 meters (148 feet), you can also place a 6-meter (20 feet) garage in front of and behind the house.

Modern white residential house with red garage and well-maintained front garden.

Better?

Oh, I see 😀 no, not yours.
I thought TK still had an attachment because there is a stray dot there.

Wouldn’t a mid-terrace house be the more cost-effective option then? 😉
