Hello,
We will soon be building a house in the Lower Rhine region, and we are looking for an expert who can help us with the decision-making and planning of a highly energy-efficient house. Friends recommended the company Eukon from Krefeld (which fits quite well :eek ), but they have no personal experience themselves and only know the company through others (colleagues at work or so). Has anyone had any experience with this company? Please share your thoughts. This is quite important to us.
Thank you!

Visit a model home park in the mid to upper price range and check out the usual options. Kampa, Viebrockhaus, Elbe-Haus. These are typically KfW40+ houses. There, you can get a realistic idea of what such a model home would cost.
KfW40+ is already near the top in terms of efficiency; passive or plus-energy houses go beyond that, but eventually, the differences become less clear and depend largely on personal habits.
Keep in mind, this can get very expensive very quickly. Three years ago, we were quoted a price of 750,000 without additional costs and land for the model home in Werder.

It really depends on the basis you use to define it: energy saving ordinance, PHPP, balance sheet, etc. Otherwise, anything can be anything. From an energy balance perspective, we have a plus-energy house, that’s how I would describe it. According to the energy saving ordinance, it’s KfW55, PHPP achieves x points, some criteria are not met, and so on.

@fragg what kind of villa was that, and what luxury features did it have?
We didn’t come close to 750,000 plus additional costs plus the land. KAMPA + show home + Werder + Google = images
I just wanted to say that something like this can easily become expensive.
Kampa quoted different prices in Würzburg. Significantly lower.
I believe the representative explained that they can offer us a kitchen and built-in furniture.
The original poster did not specifically define “particularly energy-efficient” and later mentioned a heat pump and solar panels. It will likely end up complying with an energy-saving ordinance or KfW 55 standard.
