Hello,

We will soon be building a house in the Lower Rhine region, and we are looking for an expert who can help us with the decision-making and planning of a highly energy-efficient house. Friends recommended the company Eukon from Krefeld (which fits quite well :eek ), but they have no personal experience themselves and only know the company through others (colleagues at work or so). Has anyone had any experience with this company? Please share your thoughts. This is quite important to us.

Thank you!

What exactly do you want?
Why?

As far as I know, this is only an energy consultant. They do not design houses.

For planning the house, we would use an architect. We have already had some discussions. The motivation? Well, energy saving, of course.

With motivation, the background is meant in a somewhat more detailed way. Energy savings are already achieved with a standard house. Therefore, there should be a good reason for doing more than that.

Some general contractors now build passive houses. It’s not rocket science to develop additional heating concepts.
Of course, there is still potential for customized concepts tailored to the building and its occupants. However, you end up spending money on the last 2 percent that never pays off.

It would be interesting to build using minimal resources.
