ᐅ Planning costs

Hello! We are still at an early stage and would like to know what planning costs we should expect for a single-family house up to building permit / planning permission (1-4). It seems there is a very wide range. What are your experiences? Thanks!

Calculate using III/minimum rate and a base of 1600–1800 euros per square meter (10.7–16.7 sq ft), with basement and garage included on top.

That should give you a rough guideline.
