Dear community,
I am about to purchase my plot of land and need to work on my budget planning. This of course includes the costs for demolition. The plot in question is attached. Above the house, there is a fairly large shed built in a horizontal shape. Otherwise, the plot is heavily overgrown with bushes and small trees.
1) What demolition costs can I expect for the entire house plus the shed building, or how can I estimate these costs?
2) The plot needs to be completely cleared. Only four trees are protected (marked with black dots). How can I estimate the clearing costs?
Thank you very much!

Now I would like to know if you have any additional reference data regarding (1) – the demolition.
Can it be stated with full confidence that the demolition of the existing house with attached sheds (including basement) definitely will not exceed €40,000 (assuming there are no other special circumstances)?

Get quotes from demolition contractors.
A major cost factor is disposal. Not every landfill is authorized to accept every hazardous waste class. This can become quite expensive. The hazardous waste classification is only determined once everything is piled up and properly tested in a laboratory.
Talk to several contractors. We had everything from 40,000 to 100,000 back then, though our amount of rubble was larger than yours.
