Hello everyone,

I’m new here and would appreciate your opinions.
For weeks, I have been thinking about which house to choose, how to best position it, where to place the carport, and so on. You probably know the feeling.
Today, I can say that I have a design I’m comfortable with. The only thing I’m still unsure about is the orientation. I have placed the house facing south, toward the street, which means the garden is in the north, with a nice view of the fields. What do you think about this? Has anyone had a similar setup or experience? Where would the carport fit best?

Thank you very much for your time... Have a nice evening,
R.

How large should the carport be? How big is the plot? Where is an original plan of the plot?

Are there any restrictions regarding the distance of the carport to the street? Is there a slope? Is boundary construction allowed?

How should a bed be placed in the master bedroom?

Carport for one car. Plot size approximately 18x28 m (59x92 feet), 483 sqm (5,198 sq ft).
There are no restrictions for the carport; boundary building is permitted. The plot is very flat, with no slope.

Good question... I haven’t thought about the details yet. At this stage, I’m focusing on positioning the house on the plot, the pros and cons... more the exterior than the interior layout. Still, thanks for the question, I’ll keep it in mind.
