We have a double-wire mesh fence with concrete foundations (about 60cm (24 inches) deep and 20cm (8 inches) in diameter).
The concrete foundation was poured flush with the topsoil.
Is it allowed to place a raised garden bed on the foundation? A fully loaded raised bed can become quite heavy.
Can the concrete foundation of the fence handle this weight, or could it be problematic if the foundation is loaded on one side?
