Hello,
the cables from our new photovoltaic system were routed through the exterior wall into the utility room and sealed with acrylic (see pictures, diameter approx. 3.5cm (1.4 inches)). Is it possible to install a sealing collar or something similar afterwards to ensure a long-term seal?
Metal connector with screw clamp, flexible black hose on concrete wall, surrounding sealant.

Exterior wall with horizontal metal pipe, bent downward, attached to wall; ground with leaves.

This could definitely have been done more neatly. You can skip using a sleeve at this point, as it only adds unnecessary bulk. I would rather find out what kind of empty conduit this is. Will it withstand UV exposure for the next 20 years? There’s not much you can do about the acrylic damage anymore. Clean the facade a bit and repaint it. It mainly just needs to resist splash water.
