Hello,

Are there still tall cabinets like a pull-out pantry cabinet available in IKEA kitchens? I haven’t been able to find a combination to create one yet.

Thanks

Hello,

you could use a 40cm (16 inches) tall cabinet and install doors as pull-out fronts, possibly connecting them together. However, nothing narrower than 40cm (16 inches) is available.

Install doors as pull-out fronts and possibly connect them to each other.

In the assembly instructions for Faktum, you can see how you might do this with METOD. You will need to determine the measurements yourself (at least for the top).

Apothecary cabinets have the disadvantage that you have to pull out the entire contents every time.
At Ikea, there are similar cabinets, but instead of multiple small drawers, you have one full door in front with individual pull-outs behind it.
Height and spacing can be customized as you like.
This way, you only move what you actually need.

You can choose pull-outs in different heights.
Always use a drawer front for the interior, such as Utrusta, or wire baskets.

You can use almost any Ikea cabinet frame and mix pull-outs, wire baskets, and shelves according to your needs.
