Primarily, I am also interested in how the transition between the garage and the room behaves, since the floor levels differ by about 30cm (12 inches) here.
The yellow area covers 33 square meters (355 square feet) above ground and 8 square meters (86 square feet) below ground. For costs, I am estimating roughly 25 to 30 euros per cubic meter (cubic yard) for material plus labor.
The cost is not particularly a concern for me, provided this makes sense, although I have some doubts.
