Hello everyone,

We are currently building our single-family home. We recently came across the company Coretec through a local flooring supplier. We are looking for a durable alternative to hardwood flooring. Unfortunately, there are hardly any online reviews about Coretec. Maybe someone here has installed Coretec and would be willing to share their experience?

Thanks in advance.

We have chosen a Coretec floor but have not yet gained any experience with it. We will install it next month.

We found out about it through a local laminate dealer with "Depot" in the name. It is said to be a very durable floor, also used in commercial areas. There was always a vase filled with water at the reception area with a piece of the flooring inside.

We were able to negotiate a good price and are looking forward to seeing how it performs and how durable it will be.

Where are you installing Coretec throughout your home? We are planning to lay it in the entire house, including the bathroom and kitchen. Apparently, it can also be installed as a floating floor. How has that worked out for you? Which Coretec type did you choose? We are undecided between Meadow and Fremont Oak.

Except in the bathrooms, we want to install Coretec as a floating floor everywhere.

We have chosen Coretec Halifax.

When are you installing your flooring?
We are not quite sure because we can hardly find any testimonials about Coretec.
Is there no one else who already has this flooring in use?

I would rather choose linoleum at a similar price. It is free of plastic, feels good, and is also durable.
