Hello everyone,
Does anyone have experience with the Meister Lindura wooden flooring, the newer HD 400 generation? Would you recommend this floor, or would you advise against it?
We are considering installing this flooring in our new build.
Thank you in advance for your answers.

The contact person is the one you bought from, and the legal warranty applies there. We contacted the supplier and made a proper complaint there. The supplier then approached MEISTER and only forwarded their response to us...

And did your supplier fix the defects? No, an immediate replacement delivery was not possible. The construction site is 750 km (466 miles) away from our current residence. The floor installer we hired traveled 350 km (217 miles). In addition, we were limited to a timeframe of one week. Despite constant inquiries, the manufacturer took two days to provide an initial response and instructed us to check each individual plank for squareness and so on. A return of the flooring, which we requested, was not accepted. Since we had no alternative, we reluctantly accepted the “optical” quality issues, especially since it had been agreed with the supplier that, after consultation with the manufacturer, it would likely result in a financial compensation. All the more frustrating was the manufacturer’s email reply today...

The seller is responsible for remedying the defect, not the manufacturer.
