In my new build, the plastered walls have been coated with a layer of primer and then painted with a layer of white wall paint.
Now I would like to paint some walls in color. Can I simply paint over the white? Of course, that will probably work well at first, but what about in 10 years or so? Can I repaint as often as I want? If not, what would be the best approach?

If not, what is the best approach then? You can either paint over it (twice), and then change the color in a few years if needed (how often do people really do that?). Alternatively, you can apply a painter’s fleece, paint over that, and if necessary, simply peel it off the wall and start fresh.Similar topics
