ᐅ Painting and Flooring Work Cost Estimate!

We are planning to build a house by the end of the year, and the contract specifies that the walls will be handed over in Q2. Since I am working on the cost calculation, I need your opinion/experience on what should be included.

Requirements:
The walls should be simply painted, nothing special—just clean and neat. Or, if someone knows the additional cost, possibly painter’s fleece (paintable wall fleece).
The question is: which Q-level do I need for this?

Flooring:
Vinyl in the upper floor, parquet in the living/dining area.
Utility room, bathroom, and hallway are already tiled.

A floor plan is attached for a clearer idea. The house will have 140m² (1507 sq ft) and will be built solidly (masonry construction).

You need to get quotes from companies in your area.
However, if I were you, I would focus on the floor plan or hire a professional for it, as several things aren’t working properly (toilet on the ground floor, stairs, bedroom upstairs…).

We will cover:
Wallpapering and painting work completely (Q2, filling/smoothing/wall liners/white painting/stair stringers + railings) = approximately 9,500 euros

Floors: Designer vinyl flooring on all levels except bathrooms, hallway (approx. 126m2 (1,356 sq ft)) = 7,500 euros

House size is 145m2 (1,560 sq ft), ground floor/first floor/attic.

Very good price for painting work. Price for flooring is average.

@te better plan for 14k+ for painting work and 7.5k for the flooring.

Well, the flooring in the utility room, kitchen, and bathrooms is already in place. However, I have budgeted 16,000 for painting and 8,000 for flooring work so far. Although the builder’s wife said that might already be too much.

I designed the floor plan myself as a template for the architect. It’s just an approximation (of course, not everything will fit exactly) of how it will probably turn out. Based on this, I wanted to start calculating costs.

Well... the house won’t turn out like this... The staircase is far too short, which already causes several issues. There are many awkward corners in the rooms, and the terrace is located as far away from the kitchen as possible, and so on.
