Hello everyone,
We live in a mid-terrace house and plan to have the facade painted in the medium term. The plaster is about 20 years old, solid, and only shows minor hairline cracks. So, we assume the plaster is generally in good condition.
The width/height of the front and back is approximately 5 x 6 meters (16 x 20 feet), plus an additional 1.5 meters (5 feet) of exterior facade x 6 meters (20 feet) due to the offset of the house from the neighbor, and a gable strip of about 0.5 meters (2 feet) following the roof slope.
In total (excluding the large patio window), it comes to around 60 m² (645 ft²).
Is 75 €/m² (about $80/ft²) too expensive? On MyHammer and other platforms, I’ve seen prices ranging from 40–50 €/m² (about $43–54/ft²).

Basically, an all-inclusive package: scaffolding, masking, cleaning, minor crack repairs, fungicide treatment, primer, lotus effect paint (€17 per liter).

That’s not a problem. But the price can be good or bad. What is included? Scaffolding, what kind of façade pre-treatment, what paint, which extra work like masking windows, filling, etc.
Your question is like: I’m buying a car for €25,000. Is that expensive? I’ve read that cars cost between €15,000 and €75,000.
