Hello everyone,
after a lot of reading and comparing, I haven’t really become much wiser.
I hope you can help complete a table with approximate values.

Starting from a solid building with masonry meeting KfW55 standards.
I hope these variants have similar thermal insulation and soundproofing.

Poroton 36.5 cm (14 inches) with filling

Poroton 49 cm (19 inches) without filling

Calcium silicate brick 17.5 cm (7 inches) + 20 cm (8 inches) insulation

Aerated concrete 36.5 cm (14 inches)

What are the approximate costs per square meter for the different types of masonry, including any filling or insulation where applicable?

Thank you very much.
Good luck, Bastian

I imagine it’s difficult to answer this in a generally applicable way. For KfW 55 standard, many factors come into play, with wall construction being just one aspect. Furthermore, each of the wall types mentioned above has different thermal conductivity values, for example, aerated concrete 36.5cm (14.4 inches) with a lambda value between 0.10 and 0.07. The costs of these options also vary significantly. So if you were to create a table for this, it would have more than four rows and two columns.

This was our experience... no idea if it will help you...

Building 1 square meter of exterior wall with 17.5 cm (7 inches) calcium silicate blocks 20/2.0, including all cutting work = 37.62 euros

Building 1 square meter of interior wall with 11.5 cm (4.5 inches) calcium silicate blocks 20/2.0, including all cutting work = 29.10 euros

1 square meter of 14 cm (5.5 inches) exterior insulation board, thermal conductivity 0.035 W/(m·K) = 27.47 euros
