ᐅ Exterior Staircase for a House on a Slope – Alternatives and Price Range

Helmi74Hello everyone,
We are building on a slope and have planned a staircase between the entrance and the garage that will lead “behind the house” down to the lower part of the property and to the cellar entrance level. To illustrate, there is a picture attached.
On the house side, the staircase will rest on a retaining wall, while at cellar level it will probably need a foundation or something similar.
We are building with a prefab home provider who does not offer a staircase for this, so this will have to be arranged separately on our part. We are still quite early in the process and are wondering what would be the best solution here. Our main priority is a practical solution – it can look good and does not have to be the cheapest option, but we definitely do not want to install impractical “fancy” features.
What would you build here, or what have you built in a similar situation? To clarify: We are talking about a height difference of about 3 meters (10 feet) and a staircase that is supported only on one side at the house connection and rests on the retaining wall.
I would appreciate input, ideas, and experiences. Are there perhaps configurable prefabricated staircases available to get a feel for options and prices? Which steps are practical and slip-resistant during autumn and winter, but maybe nicer than plain metal grating steps? All of this interests me ;-)
Thanks in advance
Best regards,
Helmi74

Sorry if the explanation wasn’t clear enough. From the perspective of the picture, you can see the garage and the house behind it – between them is a passage with a staircase at the end. As you can see, the staircase goes about 3m (10 feet) down. Since the building is on a slope, there is a ground-level basement exit at the bottom and the second part of the property/garden.
Is this the main staircase to get from the garage into the house, or just a staircase at the back of the house leading to the garden?
Your entrance is basically on the first floor (ground floor = basement/garage level)?
You drive into the garage from the left (above), under the gable roof, and the basement is below?
Please show all views.
So this is "only" a staircase at the back of the house leading to the garden, which will be used about 10 times a day (in summer) or once a week?

I can give you the price for our straight, precast exterior staircase, tread depth 18cm (7 inches), width 100cm (39 inches), 15 steps, 19/26 rise/run, made of concrete. It cost us €2,150 net (prices from 10/21).
@driver55 On the street level, there is the ground floor with the entrance and the garage – the stairs lead "around the house," down to the right side at the rear of the house, where the basement exit is located as seen from the posted east elevation. The slope runs from left (south) to right (north) on the plan. So the stairs go down from the passage between the garage and the house (both on the ground floor) to the northern part of the garden.
Regarding usage, you are roughly correct – about 10 times per day in summer, once a week in winter is about right.
I’m attaching the north/south elevation views of the stairs and hope this helps to visualize it.
@askforafriend Thanks, that is already interesting. Probably without a railing or similar, otherwise you would have surely mentioned it.
