Hello, we have decided to install LEDs outdoors (12 in total, 3 on each side). Only ground-level lighting can be installed. For this, an electrical cable will be laid and LEDs installed. The costs are quite shocking, starting at around 5,000 (currency not specified). The light distribution of the LEDs is very narrow (the beam should go straight up the wall). Are there any alternatives or what would be a reasonable option to install? We have a two-story building with a flat roof. Height is about 6.5 meters (21 feet).

Well, I don’t know what was suggested to you, but LED bulbs are available everywhere... and prices start as low as 1 euro, with no real upper limit.

Do you want to illuminate the house? Where should the bulbs be installed? Eaves, pathways, garden?

They are to be installed in the ground close to the wall and should cast light upward along the wall.

So, there is no eave present?

There are countless options for spotlighting; what exactly does the electrician offer? For example, manufacturer, design, etc.

That is way too expensive; these lamps are available everywhere and at good prices. I have also installed 6 LED lamps myself. I paid about 12.00 euros for each lamp.
