ᐅ Exterior window sills – aluminum or made from a facing brick layer

What is the purpose of the expansion joints (are you building a solid prefabricated house?), and what appearance will the cladding on the side views of the cross gable have?

No, it will be timber framing with brick cladding. In this case, don’t you include expansion joints?
The "cladding of the side walls" will still need to be "sampled." Presumably covered with metal sheets? Which would suggest brushed aluminum window sills... ? 🙂

Oh, timber frame panels. Yes, expansion joints do make sense there.

The drawing looks corrugated. I would probably go with zinc sheets here. And the window sills in aluminum, but coated (matched to the color of the windows, but don’t use the "exact same"—keep in mind RAL is not Pantone).

In terms of color combination, brushed aluminum benches will probably provide the best and most uniform appearance. Especially when combined with the zinc sheets on the side walls and the light gray wooden windows. Both in terms of cost and durability/resistance, brushed aluminum will likely be the better choice. Why do you recommend "coated"?

Perhaps anodized aluminum could also look suitable. I find the "natural" brushed finish too light, and the coated one doesn’t appear as rough.

I just checked and found that the window sills are offered as standard in anodized aluminum. We will coordinate the colors during the final selection process.
