erfurter11028721 Oct 2013 19:45To clarify once more: there will be 2 of us plus 2 cats. We might have one or two children in the future. The bedroom is intended just for sleeping, and the walk-in closet will be completely open. The bathroom is also a concern for us. Ideally, we would have the shower in a corner, but that probably isn’t possible because of the window. The bathroom window faces a field and a bypass road, so it doesn’t matter whether it’s floor-to-ceiling or not.
The kitchen is 3.80 meters (12.5 feet) wide, and the kitchen island is planned in the kitchen showroom at 1.50 meters (5 feet) wide with a breakfast bar on top.
The house is heated with a gas condensing boiler and solar thermal system, as well as a water-bearing fireplace.

erfurter11028721 Oct 2013 21:03I didn’t say that. The 3.80m (12.5 ft) line is already marked in our apartment and it’s less than a year old. That’s why we arranged the kitchen somewhat according to it.
We listen to every opinion and comment and think about them together.
On the left side of the kitchen, there is a door. That’s where the cats have access to the outdoors. There is no window by the sink because the carport is located outside there.
