As the building expert wrote, we’re just doing this to show you something. It’s not meant negatively, but I’m not going to put everything in flowery language either. You can’t expect me/us to spend our time helping you and then have someone here attack another person for reading the measurements wrong! Seriously?
I don’t know why, you probably don’t deserve it, but still: as I’ve already written before, I would shorten the seating area, swap the WC with the utility room (HAR), and make the utility room larger that way.
