We are planning a garden next to a new build for next year.
Garden size with terrace: 320 m² (3445 sq ft)
Fence for garden: 58 m (190 ft) long
We will start with a topsoil area where many trees and bushes still grow. However, we want to keep some of the trees.
What is the best grass seed for DIY sowing?
Which fence looks good and lasts 50 years without maintenance?
What should be considered when planning for a robotic lawn mower? Or is it better to simply use one with GPS and no cables underground?
Is it possible to fully automate irrigation for all plants? What is the best system? With weather forecasting and moisture sensors? Besides the lawn, many other plants and vegetables are planned. A well with an electric pump is definitely planned.
Should mesh barriers be installed to protect against voles and moles?
