Hello dear forum members,

I am trying to find spare parts or at least a component drawing for the shown built-in shower thermostat. Unfortunately, I don’t know the brand. It is probably not Grohe, Hansgrohe, Hansa, Ideal Standard, or Kludi. Does anyone have any ideas?

Best regards and many thanks,

Jan

Hello everyone,

Can no one really help me? I have already contacted several manufacturers – but unfortunately, so far without success. Are more pictures needed?

Best regards

I can only tell you that the manufacturer no longer exists. I went through a list of faucet manufacturers – no sign of it. So either they went bankrupt or were absorbed by another manufacturer.
My only advice is to visit a specialist retailer (not a DIY store) and ask experienced staff if they still remember the logo.

Hello Nordanney,

thank you for your help.

As it turns out, it is indeed Grohe: product 349530 and 19604000.

Best regards

My husband is a plumber and immediately said: Eichelberg
Today Grohe, but maybe the additional keyword will help with the search
