I have received several quotes for the shell construction. I’d like to share the one I currently feel best about; it is affordable, and the owner seems both professional and friendly. The references also looked great.
What do you think of this offer? Should I ask for any changes?

Also, if you add up all the alternative options, you’ll end up with a significant amount. Try calculating everything you definitely need.
To me, that is a shell. The garage also needs to be built with masonry. At least in Bavaria, the roof is not typically considered part of the basic shell construction.

Did the building authority approve the wall thickness in the commercial zone without any objections? That would add even more absurdity to the whole situation...
