We have now had our floor plan designed by an architect.
We are reaching out to various companies to get quotes.
What is important to ensure that the quotes we receive are as comparable as possible?
We have already written a list with points such as:
KfW 40+
Roof insulation
Oak staircase design
Wood-aluminum windows
Living and dining area with venetian blinds (remaining electric roller shutters)
Air-to-water heat pump
Is there perhaps a kind of template for this?

Sounds more like the OP only has a floor plan so far and is now looking for a general contractor.I share that concern. Still, preparing a tender (whether by an architect or someone else) is money well spent. Otherwise, the seemingly cheapest general contractor may end up being much more expensive than planned.B

Our initial floor plan was slightly modified but is now final (we have two versions, one with a basement and one without).
The architect frequently collaborates with a company, and she is obtaining a quote from them for us.
We discussed this during the plan submission, and she completed a PDF created by the company. However, she is not allowed to share this document.
The contract we signed covers only the design and planning permission / building permit stages.
I still need to ask the architect if she can prepare the tender documents for us.
