Hello everyone,

I have received a quote for the heating system.
The house is about 140m² (1507 sq ft) plus a basement. In the basement, all rooms except the technical room (about 20m² / 215 sq ft) are heated with underfloor heating.

Vitocal 200-S AWB 201.C10 7.7 kW
300-liter (79-gallon) domestic hot water tank

The price is approximately 28,400€.

The price includes underfloor heating, air-to-water heat pump, storage tank, and full installation.
Is this price reasonable?

The quote is from the general contractor.

I think it’s too expensive – you should try negotiating again with the general contractor.

Thanks for the opinion. That confirms my gut feeling.
Anyone else?

Also keep in mind that this is very expensive.
We pay a similar amount but for a brine-to-water heat pump including drilling.

Including drilling even?? Now that’s quite a statement.

Yes, but there will be no storage rooms or basement.
