Hi, we are experiencing quite a few issues too, but currently things are improving a bit. We are also building with Novum. I prefer not to share details publicly here. Mostly, the problems are related to communication.

How are things going for you right now? I’m just really frustrated. Everything is totally unorganized. You have to chase after everything. I definitely wouldn’t build with them again...

I’m not directly involved, but I’d like to provide an update. We should actually be finished by now. The screed is in, but that’s about it. At what stage are you stuck? I can only agree with you regarding the lack of organization.
