I have been planning a kitchen from IKEA for several weeks.
Since I am considering installing a Bosch/Siemens fridge-freezer into the Faktum cabinet carcass, I need the built-in dimensions of the Faktum tall cabinets for built-in appliances. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find these dimensions anywhere.
Or put differently, which fridge-freezers actually fit inside? It should be a unit with a fridge section on top of about 200 liters (7 cubic feet) and a freezer section on the bottom of about 60 liters (2 cubic feet).

IKEA-Experte17 May 2012 20:01The cabinet interior is 56.2cm (22 inches) wide. You can practically adjust the shelves to any height. You need to check if there are doors available in a suitable size for the fridge-freezer unit. Slightly larger is not a problem, but they must not be too short.

take a look at the last pages of the catalog. There you will find the tall cabinets for fridge-freezer combinations with their door dimensions, along with the price for that cabinet in your chosen front. So, you need to look for refrigerators that fit behind these specified door measurements. Alternatively, pick a few units and bring them to your home improvement store. The staff won’t mind if you come with a third-party appliance. They will help you find the right cabinet for your device and will also work out the door adjustments and possible filler pieces if needed. They can also advise you on what features the Ikea appliances offer, and don’t forget the 5-year warranty, which is often hard to find from other suppliers.
