ᐅ Experiences with Norges Hus?

Hello everyone.
Has anyone had experience with this company?
I want to build a bungalow of about 80sqm (860 sqft) on a 600sqm (6500 sqft) plot.
Then I was recommended Norges Hus.
There, I can get a bungalow shell for just under 30,000, including windows, roof framework, and construction work.
I would have the roof done if I want.
Of course, there will be some additional costs.
Can anyone recommend this company or share their experience?
If I keep things "modest," can I expect additional costs of around 150,000?
I can get the foundation slab and electrical work through MyHammer for 30,000, and I will mostly do the interior myself with friends helping.
I received an offer for a heat pump and underfloor heating for 10,000.

And we usually don’t do undeclared work or do it ourselves either.

Otherwise, it’s a house like any other. So it’s not particularly cheap or anything special. Just a shell construction. You have to take care of everything yourself—except for the building kit. Really everything. And hope you don’t forget anything and manage all the interfaces correctly yourself. Also be prepared to waive any warranty (anyone offering a heat pump plus underfloor heating for 10k only supplies the materials but does not install it themselves. MyHammer often requires payment upfront but don’t expect quality or guarantees).
