Approximate costs for a 205 sqm (2,207 sq ft) gable roof with a 30-degree pitch.
No special features. Standard roofing tiles. Insulation between rafters.
Roof structure on ceiling joists.
Plumbing work, etc.

For our house, with about 140 m² (1500 sq ft) of roof area, including two flat roofs, the costs in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW, wherever you are from) for a standard pitched roof including everything (carpenter, plumber, roofer) were around 30,000 to 35,000 euros.

So around 35k, and you should be doing fairly well… but if you also want insulation, better add another 6,000 to 8,000 euros to that.
