Hello, my IKEA kitchen is about 5 years old. Both corner base cabinets have wire shelves. The wire shelves are completely broken and hanging crooked because something has broken off. IKEA was aware of this weak point and replaced these shelves for a while with new ones that have solid bottoms. After 5 years, I think it’s unlikely I could get a replacement now. If I buy new shelves, I was thinking of getting the new pull-out shelves right away. I’m wondering if they are simply compatible? At the store, they said no, but to me, there doesn’t seem to be a visual reason why not. Maybe someone here knows more? I would really appreciate any advice!

Is this about the 90cm (35 inches) or 120cm (47 inches) cabinet?

I think Factum 90x90 as far as I could measure

When it comes to the 90-degree part, I don’t see any issue with the carousel at all since it is mounted on the floor or on the cross connection. I installed one myself just a few weeks ago!

Back then, there was a 10-year warranty. I would take the broken item there along with the receipt.

So, I have the 120cm (47 inches) cabinet, which is about 6 years old. Over the weekend, I bought this pull-out carousel.

Unfortunately, the metal support on the cabinet is more like a metal sheet. This carousel is meant to be attached to a kind of metal square tube. My question is, can this support be purchased separately? Or should I consider making one myself?
