ᐅ Any experiences with the new IKEA bed slat frame?

Hello everyone!
My wife and I would like to buy a new slatted bed base; the old one is already creaking a lot.
So far, we have had pretty good experiences with IKEA, and our current bed and mattress are also from there.
We would like to enjoy the luxury of an adjustable slatted bed base:

However, we can only find models in 90x200 cm (35x79 inches) so far, nothing larger. We would prefer something for our double bed.
Does anyone have experience with this slatted bed base?

IKEA slatted bed bases are always a few centimeters wider than those from other manufacturers, so it can happen that a non-IKEA base might not fit properly in an IKEA bed frame. This might resolve any further considerations.

If the slatted bed base breaks through, you can attach brackets to the existing bed frame to prevent it from falling through. This should be feasible.

In our family, we have already equipped 6 beds with new mattresses from Ravensberger, and we ourselves have this slatted frame in 90 x 200cm (35 x 79 inches) in our bedroom. We have always been very satisfied with the deliveries, so this is a clear recommendation from us. The people are also very cooperative when you call. Maybe the frame will fit after all if you can get the exact measurements from them.
