Hello everyone
I am new to the forum and impressed by all the information available here. We are building a bungalow with a double garage. The house is from a prefab house manufacturer, and the garage will be built by ourselves. I have mostly finished the masonry work. My question now is what material I should use to plaster my reveals and lintels before the windows are installed.

On the contrary. An airtight garage usually causes a lot of problems. A garage needs to be ventilated because you bring in a lot of moisture from snow and rain. Some people cut holes in the wall, etc., and our door has a ventilation feature—it stops 1 cm (0.4 inches) before fully closing...
