Hello,
we had our flat roof renovated in the spring.
It has a slight slope towards the street side, so water drains well and hardly any puddles form.
Our living room is at the back. What I have noticed is that during rain or dew, water often drips down from the parapet. So it seems the parapet does not have a slope towards the roof interior – small puddles also form on the coping. Is this standard practice?
Unfortunately, I don’t have a better picture.
