ᐅ Looking for new residential development areas in the Hanover region for inspiration.

We would like to get some inspiration and enjoy walking through new housing developments to observe the architectural styles of different builders.

Does anyone know of recently developed housing areas that might be suitable for this?

For example, we have already visited Wunstorf, Wettbergen, and Bad Nenndorf.

Currently, in Altwarmbüchen, for example, the Wietzeaue development area. Many houses are still under construction or have just been occupied.
Do you already have any construction companies shortlisted? We have just moved into our own home in the Burgwedel area and visited many companies. If you need any tips or information, feel free to get in touch.

There is also the Sonnenkamp in Sarstedt and the Große Nedernholz or Tiemorgen in Gehrden.

Especially in Gehrden, they are really busy building...

In Arnum, Rodenberg, Lauenau, Pattensen, Empelde, Ingeln Oesselse, Seelze Süd, and Ahlem, there are still plenty of newly developed residential areas. We have already explored almost everything around the Hannover area to get inspired 🙂
