ᐅ New Construction – Which Electrical Work Am I Allowed to Do Myself as a Skilled Professional?

Hello, a friend of mine is planning to build a new house this year and is having all the work done by different companies. He asked me, since I am a skilled electrician, if I would do the electrical installation. Now the question is what am I actually allowed to do? An electrical company would handle the final inspection, but for example, am I not allowed to work on the distribution board at all?

You are allowed to prepare everything, including the fuse box. However, connecting it to the main supply line entering the house may only be done by a certified electrician.

So, am I allowed to connect all the electrical outlets and also the distribution board completely, except for the main supply line and the meter?
