Dan8070Hello everyone,
We have started building our new house (single-family, solid construction without external thermal insulation composite system) and have now received an offer from our builder to paint the house a second time in addition to the standard coat. The cost would be $1290. We are wondering if this is really necessary. Can this second coat delay the need for repainting by several years?
First layer: mineral lime-cement
Second layer: mesh plaster over the entire house
Third layer: mineral fine plaster (2-3 mm (0.08-0.12 inches)) tinted white, including a leveling coat with silicate facade paint from Brilux
House base on cement screed.
I would appreciate your opinions.
Best regards,
Dan
