ᐅ New Construction / Bathroom Design / 5 sqm / Guest Bathroom with Shower

Hello everyone,

attached is the current bathroom layout for our guest bathroom on the ground floor with a total area of 5 square meters (54 square feet).
It is located on the ground floor of a city villa with 155 square meters (1670 square feet) of living space and no basement. The bathroom is situated in the northwest corner of the house.
The walls are fixed, as are the window and door dimensions. However, the positions of the window and door can still be adjusted along the wall.
We are looking for your opinions and suggestions for improvements regarding the size and arrangement of the shower, toilet, vanity, and partition walls.

The 3D views were created using the V&C bathroom planner, so some details are not displayed correctly:
- The floor will be fully tiled, including the shower area. The shower will have a linear drain along the window side. The shower floor measures 90 x 165 cm (width x length) (35 x 65 inches).
- A fixed glass panel measuring 90 x 220 cm (width x height) (35 x 87 inches) will be installed between the shower and the toilet.
- The vanity with base cabinet shown in the 3D image is too wide; the bathroom planner does not offer vanities as narrow as 60 cm (24 inches).

An electric towel warmer will be retrofitted if necessary in practice. The heat demand calculation does not require one.
