Hello everyone,
Info: Plot size 650m² (7000 sq ft approx.)
I would appreciate your feedback!
My concerns are about the small bathroom / WC on the ground floor (which will later be used as a bathroom when the study becomes a bedroom) in X years...
The terrace roof seems too short to me (measurement 1.76m (5 ft 9 in) + roof overhang 50cm (20 in))... We want to be able to leave the furniture out in the rain, etc., and I’m not sure if 2.20m (7 ft 3 in) is enough?

LincolnHawk12 Oct 2013 18:47Yes, I have also thought about the door in the walk-in closet... I just don’t know how I could make the living area bigger. These dimensions are currently exactly adapted to the building regulations / planning permission.
So, the floor plan is now offline.
Based on the old floor plan, I would consider placing the WC next to the utility room. This would reduce the size of the kitchen/dining area, which can handle that. Additionally, the study would be shifted, allowing the living room to be designed larger. If not possible, it can be slid in, which might be beneficial for the roof covering.
Still, in my opinion, there are too many roofs... but to each their own?!...
