Since I still had exactly the right amount of aluminum sheets left, I started adding a metal roof to my bike shelter.
If all goes well, it will fit exactly 5 photovoltaic panels, which will be installed as soon as the ridiculous 600-watt limit is lifted (01.01.2024).

If you want to experiment a bit, you could place some substrate balls along the front edge and plant some sedum; you can also grow it from cuttings, which is more cost-effective. As far as I understand (not being a professional), this shouldn’t damage the panels or reduce their output, and it would add some visual appeal (and attract a few insects). Just an idea though—I’m not sure if it’s feasible.
