Hello everyone,
I found some nice lamp holders from China at a relatively low price.
However, they do not have a CE mark.

Now, such a lamp holder is a simple component without any electrical connection, and it is for a 24V low-voltage lamp.
Does anyone have experience with this?

What exactly is your question?

Whether this could be a legal or insurance-related issue

If you bought them in China, you can hardly expect them to have a CE mark, so legally that is already out of the question. Insurance? No idea. Probably not relevant, but I am not a lawyer (IANAL).

Let's put it this way. It's quite possible that the same production line also manufactures branded lamps. So you can get good quality.
However, it could also be complete rubbish, and they might fail after three weeks. I'm actually surprised about the missing CE mark. Usually, Chinese manufacturers stick on all kinds of certification labels—whether justified or not.

By the way, my experience with Chinese products is mostly very good. Whether it's a fitness tracker, smartphone, underwater housing for a camera for a diving vacation, LEDs, accessories for a DSLR, or USB sticks. Most of the time bought through Ali.

A CE mark is not a certification mark, even though this is often believed.
