ᐅ Motion detector with dual functions

Hello everyone,
I am building a single-family house. There is a paved walkway around the outside of the house. I would like outdoor lighting that generally highlights the house in the evening, but also has a motion sensor.
So my question is:
Are there motion sensors on the market that allow me to control/set the following:
- When it is dark and there is motion, the light turns on, regardless of the time
- And, for example, between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m., the light stays on continuously, whether there is motion or not (or between sunset and 10 p.m.)
