To explain my situation:
The shell of the house is complete, and the roof has been installed since August.
So far, the roof has no insulation. The screed was poured about 4 weeks ago.
Now we have noticed that some of the beams show black spots (photos will follow).
In the attic, we also found that a large amount of water has collected between the welds.
Additionally, almost the entire breathable membrane is covered with white spots that look like mold.
What is the best way to proceed now?
Dry the attic
Vacuum the mold with a vacuum cleaner (HEPA filter)
Treat the mold with bleach
Does this make sense?
